"Hi..i have joined this app to learn English fluently..but facing a lot of issues. 1). Booking of a class - You have to book a class daily ,if you missed out a class booking you loose one day class, if you booked a class and not attended due to network issues or you went on some work then there is a 3 class penalty. I don't know why this much penalty.. 2). While introduction classes they show the price off 749/ or 799/- for 3 months but you can't get into those discount price while paying.."
